Indian Recipe: Vegetable Cutlet
Ingrediants:- Beetroot grated - 2 nos
- Carrot grated - 2 nos
- Cabbage (finely chopped)- half of a small one
- Green peace - 1/2 cup
- Beans (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
- Onion (finely chopped) - 2
- Potato - 2
- Green Chillies (finely chopped) - 8 nos
- Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
- Garam masala - 1 tbsp
- Bread Crumbs - enough to coat the Cutlets
- Oil - enough to fry
- Salt - as required
- Egg- 2 nos
Preparation:
- Cook all the vegetables along with salt, green chilllies, ginger paste and garam masala in 4 tbsp of oil.
- Fry till all the water gets evaporated.
- Boil the potatoes and smash well.
- Add this to the vegetable and mix well.
- Take lemon sized balls and make it oval shaped.
- Beat the egg well
- Dip the cutlets in egg and over with bread crumbles.
- Heat oil in pan deep frycutlets.
- Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
