Indian Recipe: Vegetable Cutlet

Ingrediants:
  1. Beetroot grated - 2 nos
  2. Carrot grated - 2 nos
  3. Cabbage (finely chopped)- half of a small one
  4. Green peace - 1/2 cup
  5. Beans (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
  6. Onion (finely chopped) - 2
  7. Potato - 2
  8. Green Chillies (finely chopped) - 8 nos
  9. Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
  10. Garam masala - 1 tbsp
  11. Bread Crumbs - enough to coat the Cutlets
  12. Oil - enough to fry
  13. Salt - as required
  14. Egg- 2 nos

Preparation:
  1. Cook all the vegetables along with salt, green chilllies, ginger paste and garam masala in 4 tbsp of oil.
  2. Fry till all the water gets evaporated.
  3. Boil the potatoes and smash well.
  4. Add this to the vegetable and mix well.
  5. Take lemon sized balls and make it oval shaped.
  6. Beat the egg well
  7. Dip the cutlets in egg and over with bread crumbles.
  8. Heat oil in pan deep frycutlets.
  9. Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad.
