Indian Recipe: Scrambled Egg
Ingrediants:- Egg –
4 nos
- Onion (finely chopped) – a small one
- Green chillies (finely chopped)– 4 nos
- Chilly powder – ¼ tbsp
- Salt – as required
- Oil – 4 tbsp
Preparation:
- Beat the eggs well.
- Add onions, green chillies, chilly powder and salt to this and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan pour the above mixture.
- When one side is half cooked scramble well with a spoon.
- In a lower flame scramble till the egg is well roasted and dry.
