Indian Recipe: Scrambled Egg

Ingrediants:
  1. Egg – 4 nos
  2. Onion (finely chopped) – a small one
  3. Green chillies (finely chopped)– 4 nos
  4. Chilly powder – ¼ tbsp
  5. Salt – as required
  6. Oil – 4 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Beat the eggs well.
  2. Add onions, green chillies, chilly powder and salt to this and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan pour the above mixture.
  4. When one side is half cooked scramble well with a spoon.
  5. In a lower flame scramble till the egg is well roasted and dry.
