Indian Recipe: Rosogolla
Ingrediants:- Milk – 1 liter
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
- Water – 3 cup
- Sugar – 1 ½ cup
- Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Preparation:
- Boil the milk and add the lemon juice to make the paneer.
- Strain the paneer and wash it thoroughly.
- Tie and hang the paneer overnight in a cloth to remove excess of water.
- Add 2tbsp of sugar to the paneer and mix well.
- Make small balls of paneer.
- Boil sugar and water to make a syrup.
- Add paneer balls to the syrup and cover the pan.
- Cook it for 15 minutes.
- Add vanilla essence.
- Remove from fire and allow cooling.
