Indian Recipe: Rosogolla

Ingrediants:
  1. Milk – 1 liter
  2. Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
  3. Water – 3 cup
  4. Sugar – 1 ½ cup
  5. Vanilla essence – ½ tsp

Preparation:
  1. Boil the milk and add the lemon juice to make the paneer.
  2. Strain the paneer and wash it thoroughly.
  3. Tie and hang the paneer overnight in a cloth to remove excess of water.
  4. Add 2tbsp of sugar to the paneer and mix well.
  5. Make small balls of paneer.
  6. Boil sugar and water to make a syrup.
  7. Add paneer balls to the syrup and cover the pan.
  8. Cook it for 15 minutes.
  9. Add vanilla essence.
  10. Remove from fire and allow cooling.
