Indian Recipe: Rawa Laddu
Ingrediants:- Semolina – 2 cup
- Coconut (grated) – ½ cup
- Raisins (fried) – a few
- Cashew nuts (fried) – a few
- Cardamom powder – 1 tsp
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Ghee – ½ cup
- Milk – as required.
Preparation:
- Heat ghee and lightly fry semolina and coconut.
- Add sugar, and enough milk to make a dough.
- Add cardamom powder and fried things and mix well.
- Keep the mixture warm and make small round laddus.
- Leave it to cool.
