Indian Recipe: Beef/ Mutton Chops

Ingrediants:
  1. Beef/ Mutton chops – ½ kg
  2. Onions (finely chopped) – 2
  3. Tomatoes (finely chopped) – 1
  4. Curd -  ½ cup
  5. Chilly powder – ½ tbsp
  6. Garam Masala – ¼ tbsp
  7. Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
  8. Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
  9. Green chillies – 2
  10. Ginger (thinly sliced) – 1 inch piece
  11. Garlic pods – 6
  12. Oil – 3 tbsp
  13. Salt – as required
  14. Coriander leaves – a few

Preparation:
  1. Grind Garlic, ginger, green chillies and chilly powder into a fine paste.
  2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker or pan.
  3. Sauté the chopped onions and grinded Masala paste well.
  4. Add tomatoes, curd turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala and sauté.
  5. When tomatoes are cooked well add the Beef/ Mutton chops and salt.
  6. Cook till Beef/ Mutton is soft and tender.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
