Indian Recipe: Mushroom Thoran

Ingrediants:
  1. Mushroom (finely chopped)- 250 gm
  2. Onion (finely chopped) - 1 no
  3. Garlic pods (crushed) - 3 nos
  4. Green chillies - 4nos
  5. Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
  6. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  7. Curry leaves - A few
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp
  9. Salt - As required

Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, garlic, turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the chopped mushroom and salt.
  4. Cover the pan with a lid and cook till mushrooms became tender.
  5. Add grated coconut to the mushrooms.
  6. Open the lid and fry till all water has evaporated.
