Indian Recipe: Mushroom Thoran
Ingrediants:- Mushroom (finely chopped)- 250 gm
- Onion (finely chopped) - 1 no
- Garlic pods (crushed) - 3 nos
- Green chillies - 4nos
- Grated coconut - 1/4 cup
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
- Curry leaves - A few
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt - As required
Preparation:
- Heat oil in pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion, green chillies, curry leaves, garlic, turmeric powder and saute for 2 minutes.
- Add the chopped mushroom and salt.
- Cover the pan with a lid and cook till mushrooms became tender.
- Add grated coconut to the mushrooms.
- Open the lid and fry till all water has evaporated.
