Indian Recipe: Mango Pickle

Ingrediants:
  1. Mango (cut into small pieces)- 2 no
  2. Red chilly powder -3 tbsp
  3. Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
  4. Fenugreek powder (Uluva) - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
  6. Asafetida (Kayam) - 1/4 tsp
  7. Salt - 3 tbsp
  8. Oil - 1/4 

Preparation:
  1. Marinate mango pieces with salt for one day.
  2. Add red chilly powder and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add mustard seeds and when they splutter, add asafoetida.
  5. When it cools mix with the mango pieces well.
  6. Add the fenugreek powder and mix well.
