Indian Recipe: Mango Pachadi

Ingrediants:
  1. Mango (grated) - 1
  2. Button Onions (finely chopped) - 1/4cup
  3. Green Chillies - 3 to 4
  4. Ginger (finely chopped)- 1/2-inch pieces
  5. Coconut (grated) - 1/4 cup
  6. Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
  7. Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - as required
  9. Curry leaves - a few
  10. Oil - 1 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
  2. Add the onion, green chillies and ginger, fry for a minute.
  3. Add grated green mango, curry leaves, and salt.
  4. Cook till mangoes are half cooked and keep it aside.
  5. Grind grated coconut, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds to fine paste by adding 1/4 cup of water.
  6. Add the grinded paste into curry and mix well.
  7. Add a little water to get your desired consistency.
  8. Cook in low flame till it boils for 1 minute.
