Indian Recipe: Mango Pachadi
Ingrediants:- Mango (grated) - 1
- Button Onions (finely chopped) - 1/4cup
- Green Chillies - 3 to 4
- Ginger (finely chopped)- 1/2-inch pieces
- Coconut (grated) - 1/4 cup
- Mustard Seeds - 1/4 tsp
- Cumin Seeds-1/4 tsp
- Salt - as required
- Curry leaves - a few
- Oil - 1 tbsp
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds
- Add the onion, green chillies and ginger, fry for a minute.
- Add grated green mango, curry leaves, and salt.
- Cook till mangoes are half cooked and keep it aside.
- Grind grated coconut, mustard seeds, and cumin seeds to fine paste by adding 1/4 cup of water.
- Add the grinded paste into curry and mix well.
- Add a little water to get your desired consistency.
- Cook in low flame till it boils for 1 minute.
