Indian Recipe: Mango Curry

Ingrediants:
  1. Raw mango - 1 no
  2. Onion (cut into long piece) - 1no
  3. Turmeric powder - ¼ tsp
  4. Chilly powder - 1 tsp
  5. Green chillies - 4 nos
  6. Salt - As reqd
  7. Coconut milk - 2 cup
  8. Mustard seeds - 1 tsp
  9. Fenugreek(Uluva) fried and  powdered - tsp
  10. Curry leaves - A few
  11. Oil - 1 tsp

Preparation:
  1. Peel and cut mango into small pieces
  2. Mix mango,onion, turmeric, green chillies ,chilly powder, coconut milk and salt in a pan.
  3. Cook them in high flame till it begins to boil.
  4. Then lower the flame and cook till mangos are tender
  5. When the curry begins to thickens remove from flame.
  6. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  7. Add curry leaves and saute.
  8. Add the above seasoning into the curry.
  9. Add the fenugreek powder.
  10. This curry tastes better after it sits for one day.
