Indian Recipe: Lime / Lemon Pickle

Ingrediants:
  1. Lime /Lemon  - 10nos
  2. Sesame Oil - 1/4 cup
  3. Red chilly powder - 3 tbsp
  4. Fenugreek powder (Uluva) - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Mustard seeds - 2 tsp
  6. Asafetida (Kayam) - 1/4 tbsp
  7. Salt - 4 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Cut the lime into pieces and marinate with salt for one week.
  2. Then add red chilly powder, salt, fenugreek powder, and asafetida.
  3. In a pan heat the oil and splutter the mustard seed
  4. When it cools add the lime and mix well.
