Indian Recipe: Bannana Gulab Jamun

Ingrediants:
  1. Paneer – 100 gm
  2. Bannana (boiled and mashed) – 1
  3. Sugar – 1 cup
  4. Water – 2 cup
  5. Cardamoms – 3 nos
  6. Baking soda – 1 tsp
  7. Ghee – for frying

Preparation:
  1. Mix banana, paneer, and baking soda.
  2. Make small balls.
  3. Mix sugar and water and make syrup of two-third consistency.
  4. Fry the gulab jamuns in ghee.
  5. Dip them in the sugar syrup and add cardamoms.
