Indian Recipe: Bannana Gulab Jamun
Ingrediants:- Paneer – 100 gm
- Bannana (boiled and mashed) – 1
- Sugar – 1 cup
- Water – 2 cup
- Cardamoms – 3 nos
- Baking soda – 1 tsp
- Ghee – for frying
Preparation:
- Mix banana, paneer, and baking soda.
- Make small balls.
- Mix sugar and water and make syrup of two-third consistency.
- Fry the gulab jamuns in ghee.
- Dip them in the sugar syrup and add cardamoms.
