Indian Recipe: Grilled Chicken
Ingrediants:- Chicken Legs – 8nos
- Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder – ½ tbsp
- Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Salt – as required
- Oil – 4 tbsp
Preparation:
- Make gashes on the chicken legs.
- Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil.
- In baking tray pour the oil.
- Preheat the oven.
- Place chicken legs in the tray and bake it at 500F heat.
- Bake one side for ½ hr and after that bake the other side for another ½ hr.
