Indian Recipe: Grilled Chicken

Ingrediants:
  1. Chicken Legs – 8nos
  2. Pepper powder – 1 tbsp
  3. Chilly powder – ½ tbsp
  4. Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  5. Salt – as required
  6. Oil – 4 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Make gashes on the chicken legs.
  2. Marinate the chicken with all the ingredients except oil.
  3. In baking tray pour the oil.
  4. Preheat the oven.
  5. Place chicken legs in the tray and bake it at 500F heat.
  6. Bake one side for ½ hr and after that bake the other side for another ½ hr.
