Indian Recipe: Ginger Chicken
Ingrediants:- Chicken - 1/2 kg
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- Chilly sauce - 1tbsp
- Button Onions - 10 pods
- Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
- Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar - 3 tbsp
- Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - As reqd
- Oil - 3 tbsp
Preparation:
- Marinate chicken with vinegar, salt, soya sauce and chilly sauce.
- Grind together ginger, garlic and onions.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ground paste and fry it well.
- Add chilly powder, ajinomoto, pepper powder and tomato sauce and saute well.
- Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook well by covering the pan with a lid.
- When chicken pieces are well coated with the gravy remove from fire.
