Indian Recipe: Ginger Chicken

Ingrediants:
  1. Chicken - 1/2 kg
  2. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  3. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  4. Chilly sauce - 1tbsp
  5. Button Onions - 10 pods
  6. Ginger paste - 2 tbsp
  7. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
  8. Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  9. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  10. Vinegar - 3 tbsp
  11. Ajinomoto - 1/2 tsp
  12. Salt - As reqd
  13. Oil - 3 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Marinate chicken with vinegar, salt, soya sauce and chilly sauce.
  2. Grind together ginger, garlic and onions.
  3. Heat oil in a pan.
  4. Add ground paste and fry it well.
  5. Add chilly powder, ajinomoto, pepper powder and tomato sauce and saute well.
  6. Add the marinated chicken pieces and cook well by covering the pan with a lid.
  7. When chicken pieces are well coated with the gravy remove from fire.
