Indian Recipe: Fish Cutlet

Ingrediants:
  1. Fish- 250 gm
  2. Onion (chopped) - 1 nos
  3. Potatoes (boiled & mashed)- 1 nos
  4. Ginger paste - 1/2 tbsp
  5. Green chillies(chopped) - 4 nos
  6. Garam masala - 2 tsp
  7. Pepper powder - 1 tsp
  8. Coriander leaves - As reqd
  9. Oil - 4 tbsp
  10. Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  11. Eggs - 2 nos
  12. Oil for deep frying - 2 cups

Preparation:
  1. Cook fish in a pan covered by a lid by adding little salt, till they are cooked.
  2. Heat oil in a pan.
  3. Add onion, ginger and green chillies and stir it continuously till onion turns to brown color.
  4. Smash fish and add to it & fry well till all the water is evaporated.
  5. Add pepper powder & garam masala and mix well.
  6. Switch off the flame & add coriander leaves and allow cooling.
  7. Make small flat round shape balls.
  8. Beat the eggs in a bowl and take breadcrumbs in another plate.
  9. Dip the balls in the egg mixture & then roll them on the breadcrumbs.
  10. Deep-fry the cutlets in oil.
  11. Serve hot with tomato sauce and salad
