Indian Recipe: Egg Roast
Ingrediants:- Egg – 4 nos
- Onion (thinly sliced) – 4 nos
- Tomatoes (diced) – 2 nos
- Green chillies – 4 nos
- Chilly powder – ¼ tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
- Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
- Garam masala – ½ tbsp
- Water –1 cup
- Oil – 6 tbsp
- Salt – as required
- Curry leaves – a few
- Coriander leaves – a few
Preparation:
- Hard boil the eggs and remove the shell.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry onion, green chillies and curry leaves by adding salt.
- When onions begin to change its color to brown add tomatoes.
- Fry till tomatoes are cooked.
- Make a paste of chilly, turmeric, coriander and garam masala powders by adding a little water.
- Add this to the curry and fry in low flame till a nice aroma comes.
- Add the water and cook.
- When the gravy begins to thick add the eggs.
- Remove from flame and garnish with coriander leaves.
