Indian Recipe: Egg Curry

Ingrediants:
  1. Egg – 2 nos
  2. Button onion (finely chopped) – 5 pods
  3. Green chillies – 2 nos
  4. Chilly powder – ¼ tsp
  5. Salt – as required
  6. Oil – 2 tbsp

Preparation:
  1. Beat eggs well.
  2. Add button onion, green chillies, chilly powder and salt and mix well.
  3. Heat oil in a pan and pour the above mixture to it.
  4. Spread the eggs in the whole pan.
  5. When one side is well roasted turn to the next.
  6. When both sides are well cooked remove from flame.
  7. Cut into four pieces and serve hot.
