Indian Recipe: Egg Curry
Ingrediants:- Egg – 2 nos
- Button onion (finely chopped) – 5 pods
- Green chillies – 2 nos
- Chilly powder – ¼ tsp
- Salt – as required
- Oil – 2 tbsp
Preparation:
- Beat eggs well.
- Add button onion, green chillies, chilly powder and salt and mix well.
- Heat oil in a pan and pour the above mixture to it.
- Spread the eggs in the whole pan.
- When one side is well roasted turn to the next.
- When both sides are well cooked remove from flame.
- Cut into four pieces and serve hot.
