Indian Recipe: Chilly Chicken

Ingrediants:
  1. Boneless Chicken - 1kg
  2. Water - 1/2 cup
  3. Eggs- 1
  4. Onions (cut into big pieces)- 2
  5. Green Capsicum (cut into big pieces)-1
  6. Corn Flour -3 tbsp
  7. Soya Sauce - 4 tbsp
  8. Red Chilly Sauce - 2 tbsp
  9. Ginger-garlic paste - tbsp
  10. Chilly Powder - 1/2 tsp
  11. Green Chilies (finely chopped) -3-4
  12. Black Pepper powder- 1/2 tsp
  13. Ajinamotto - a pinch or to taste
  14. Red food color - a pinch
  15. Salt - to taste
  16. Sugar -a pinch
  17. Oil -enough for frying
Preparation:
  1. Marinate chicken pieces with corn flour, 2tbsp of Soya sauce, salt, eggs and a pinch of red food color.
  2. Deep-fry the marinated chicken in hot oil.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil and saute chilly powder, black pepper powder, ginger-garlic paste, onions, capsicum and green chilies till soft 
  4. Add red chilly sauce, 3 tbs of Soya sauce, ajinomotto and water and mix well.
  5. Add fried chicken pieces.
  6. Add salt, little bit of sugar and mix well and simmer for 10 minutes or until the gravy thickens.
