Indochinese Recipe: Chilly Mushroom
Ingrediants:
- Mushrooms (diced) – ¼ kg
- Onion (finely chopped) – 1 no
- Green capsicum (diced) – 1 no
- Ginger paste – 1 tsp
- Garlic paste – 2 tsp
- Chilly powder – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder – tsp
- Corn flour- 1 tsp
- Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
- Tomato sauce – ¼ cup
- Oil – 4 tbsp
- Salt – as required
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add ginger, garlic paste and sauté well.
- Add chopped onion and fry till onion is light brown in
color.
- Add mushrooms, chilly powder, pepper powder, soy sauce and
salt and sauté for a while.
- Lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
- When the mushrooms are half cooked add the capsicum.
- When mushrooms are well cooked add the tomato sauce.
- Mix corn flour in ¾ cup of water and add to the
curry.
- Higher the flame and bring to boil.
- Remove from flame and serve hot.
