Indian Recipe: Gobi Manchurian

Ingrediants:
  1. Cauliflower cut into pieces – 1 small
  2. Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
  3. Salt - As reqd
  4. Corn flower powder - 2 tbsp
  5. Egg -1
  6. Onions(cut into big pieces) - 2- 3 nos
  7. Capsicum(cut into big pieces) - 1 no
  8. Green chillies (finely sliced)- 4 nos
  9. Ginger -garlic paste – 1 tbsp
  10. Soya sauce - 4 tbsp
  11. Ajinomotto - A pinch
  12. Pepper powdered- 1/2 tbsp
  13. Oil - for frying
  14. Salt - As reqd

Preparation:
  1. Marinate cauliflower with egg, chilly powder, salt, and Cornflower powder.
  2. Deep fry in oil making sure that the cauliflower is well covered by the batter.
  3. Heat some oil in another pan.
  4. Fry the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
  5. Add onions, capsicum and stir fry, till cooked.
  6. Add some water followed by the soya sauce, ajinomotto, salt , pepper powder and allow to boil.
  7. Remove from flame and add the fried cauliflower.
