Indian Recipe: Gobi Manchurian
Ingrediants:- Cauliflower cut into pieces – 1 small
- Chilly powder - 1 tbsp
- Salt - As reqd
- Corn flower powder - 2 tbsp
- Egg -1
- Onions(cut into big pieces) - 2- 3 nos
- Capsicum(cut into big pieces) - 1 no
- Green chillies (finely sliced)- 4 nos
- Ginger -garlic paste – 1 tbsp
- Soya sauce - 4 tbsp
- Ajinomotto - A pinch
- Pepper powdered- 1/2 tbsp
- Oil - for frying
- Salt - As reqd
Preparation:
- Marinate cauliflower with egg, chilly powder, salt, and Cornflower powder.
- Deep fry in oil making sure that the cauliflower is well covered by the batter.
- Heat some oil in another pan.
- Fry the ginger-garlic paste and green chillies.
- Add onions, capsicum and stir fry, till cooked.
- Add some water followed by the soya sauce, ajinomotto, salt , pepper powder and allow to boil.
- Remove from flame and add the fried cauliflower.
