SouthIndian Recipe: Beetroot Pachadi

Ingrediants:
  1. Beetroot grated –2 nos
  2. Onion chopped – 1 nos
  3. Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
  4. Curd – 1 cup
  5. Green chillies – 6
  6. Oil – 3 tbsp
  7. Salt – as required
  8. Curry leafs –a few

Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
  2. Fry onions, beetroot, curry leafs, green chillies and salt till the mixture is cooked and dry.
  3. Remove from flame, add curd and mix well.
