SouthIndian Recipe: Beetroot Pachadi
Ingrediants:- Beetroot grated –2 nos
- Onion chopped – 1 nos
- Mustard seeds – ½ tsp
- Curd – 1 cup
- Green chillies – 6
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – as required
- Curry leafs –a few
Preparation:
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Fry onions, beetroot, curry leafs, green chillies and salt till the mixture is cooked and dry.
- Remove from flame, add curd and mix well.
