Indian Recipe: Beef/ Mutton Korma

Ingrediants:
  1. Beef/ Mutton – ½ kg
  2. Potatoes (cut into small pieces) – 2
  3. Onions (thinly sliced) – 3
  4. Tomatoes (finely chopped)– 2
  5. Ginger (thinly sliced) – 2 inch piece
  6. Garlic pods - 6
  7. Chilly powder – ¾ tbsp
  8. Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
  9. Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
  10. Garam masala – ¾ tbsp
  11. Water – 1 ½  cup
  12. Oil – 3 tbsp
  13. Salt – as required
  14. Curry leaves – a few

Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and salt till onion begins to change it color.
  2. Add tomatoes and sauté till cooked.
  3. Add Beef/ Mutton and all the other ingredients.
  4. Cook well by covering the pan with a lid.
  5. Open the lid and cook in low flame till the gravy begins to thicken.
  6. Server hot with Chapattis.
