Indian Recipe: Beef/ Mutton Korma
Ingrediants:- Beef/ Mutton – ½ kg
- Potatoes (cut into small pieces) – 2
- Onions (thinly sliced) – 3
- Tomatoes (finely chopped)– 2
- Ginger (thinly sliced) – 2 inch piece
- Garlic pods - 6
- Chilly powder – ¾ tbsp
- Coriander powder – 2 tbsp
- Turmeric powder – ¼ tbsp
- Garam masala – ¾ tbsp
- Water – 1 ½ cup
- Oil – 3 tbsp
- Salt – as required
- Curry leaves – a few
Preparation:
- Heat oil in pan and fry onion, ginger, garlic, curry leaves and salt till onion begins to change it color.
- Add tomatoes and sauté till cooked.
- Add Beef/ Mutton and all the other ingredients.
- Cook well by covering the pan with a lid.
- Open the lid and cook in low flame till the gravy begins to thicken.
- Server hot with Chapattis.
