Indian Recipe: Beans Fry
Ingrediants:- Beans – a bunch
- Onion (thinly sliced)- 1 no
- Green chillies – 4 no
- Curry leaves – a few
- Mustard seeds – a few
- Salt – as required
- Oil – 3 tbsp
Preparation:
- Split the beans and cut them into long pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds.
- Add onion, green chillies, and curry leaves.
- Fry until onion is light brown in color.
- Add beans and salt and mix well.
- Lower the flame and put the lid on.
- Stirring occasionally cook beans till it is tender.
- Then remove the lid and in a high flame fry till all the water is evaporated.
- Serve hot with rice.
