Skin Types

Mainly there are four types of skin exists.
1. Normal skin
2. Dry skin
3.Oily skin
4.Combination skin


Which is your skin type?

Take the tissue test to find out.


  • Wipe it all over your face starting from cheeks, to chin, forehead and finally nose.

  • If there is an oily sheen uniformly on your tissue, you have an OILY skin

  • If only T Zone (forehead, chin, cheeks) has an oily sheen, you have NORML to COMBINATION skin

  • If the tissue is completely dry, you have a Dry skin.

Normal Skin Care

This type of skin is normally seemed as soft and shining. Its surface is clear and there are no pores in it. Acne, scars and black heads will not be on this skin type.


1. Wash face with a mild soap and plenty of water daily.
2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day is essential to healthy skin.
3. Over cleaning turns normal skin to dry skin. So instead of soap use warm milk.
4. If you have wrinkles use a cream.
5. Apply almond oil around eyes.

Dry Skin Care

Dry skin has lack of moisture and ruff in nature. They have wrinkles and cracking on it.


1. Reduce the use of soap.
2. After bath apply a moisturizer all over the body.
3. In the morning wash face with lots of cold water.
4. Before bed clean skin using cleansing milk and apply any cold cream.
5. If feels extreme dry apply cold cream all the day.
6. Drink lots of water and eat fruits, butter and lots of vegetables.

Oily Skin Care

We have sebaceous glands in our face. They produce a moisturizing substance called sebum.

Oily skin is caused by the over production of sebum. An oily skin is always dirty and sticky and has acne and black heads. They require special care and attention.

1. Wash face two to three times using cleansing milk and apply lime water. It helps to soften the skin.
2. Once in a week steam face with soda bicarbonate added water.
