Applying Eyebrow Pencil

1.The first step is to create a good arch. Depending on the brows thickness, carefully pluck stray hairs under the brow bone, between brows and near the inner corners of your eyes. Ensure brow lines extend beyond the outside corners of eyes.

2.Eyebrows should be brushed in the same direction as they grow.

3.Finally, with a pencil or moistened brush dipped in eye shadow, apply pigment in feathery strokes to fill in gaps and shape the arch, tapering the end to a soft point. Finish with a little gel.
