Indian Recipe: Tender Mango Pickle

Ingrediants:
  1. Tender Mangoes – ½ kg
  2. Chilly powder – ½ cup
  3. Mustard seeds powder – ½ cup
  4. Salt – ¾ cup

Preparation:
  1. Put the mangoes in a jar.
  2. Boil salt in 3 cup of water and allow it to cool.
  3. Add chilly powder and mustard seed powder into this and mix well.
  4. Pour this into the jar and shake it well.
  5. Use this after one month.
