Indian Recipe: Tender Mango Pickle
Ingrediants:- Tender Mangoes – ½ kg
- Chilly powder – ½ cup
- Mustard seeds powder – ½ cup
- Salt – ¾ cup
Preparation:
- Put the mangoes in a jar.
- Boil salt in 3 cup of water and allow it to cool.
- Add chilly powder and mustard seed powder into this and mix well.
- Pour this into the jar and shake it well.
- Use this after one month.
