Indochinese Recipe: Chilly Mushroom

Ingrediants:
  1. Mushrooms (diced) – ¼ kg
  2. Onion (finely chopped) – 1 no
  3. Green capsicum (diced) – 1 no
  4. Ginger paste – 1 tsp
  5. Garlic paste – 2 tsp
  6. Chilly powder – 1 tsp
  7. Pepper powder – tsp
  8. Corn flour- 1 tsp
  9. Soy sauce – 3 tbsp
  10. Tomato sauce – ¼ cup
  11. Oil – 4 tbsp
  12. Salt – as required
Preparation:
  1. Heat oil in a pan.
  2. Add ginger, garlic paste and sauté well.
  3. Add chopped onion and fry till onion is light brown in color.
  4. Add mushrooms, chilly powder, pepper powder, soy sauce and salt and sauté for a while.
  5. Lower the heat and cover the pan with a lid.
  6. When the mushrooms are half cooked add the capsicum.
  7. When mushrooms are well cooked add the tomato sauce.
  8. Mix corn flour in ¾ cup of water and add to the curry.
  9. Higher the flame and bring to boil.
  10. Remove from flame and serve hot.
